Designed to serve as both a family home and a weekend rental. The clients envisioned a place to find your center and provide a serene shelter in the extreme desert environment. The 1,150 square foot home sits on an exposed ridge with generous views of Yucca Valley to the south. The simple bar-shape design allows inhabitants to migrate from the warm, sunny, exposed south patio to the cooler, shaded, intimate north patio.
