Located at the base of a steep hill next to a primary school, this family-friendly duplex was designed for comfort and community. The plan consists of two multi-level apartments separated by a central stairwell. The generous stairwell offers space for recreation as well as access between the lower levels, and the communal roof deck. Both apartments open onto the stairwell in a manner that allows the option of seamless cohabitation throughout the entire building.
